You can either fill in our online form or call our office for an initial appointment.
It is a two appointment process – we meet with you first to take your instructions or to review the information you have provided online. This gives us both an opportunity to ask questions and to make sure we have all of the information we need to properly draft a Will for you. We make a second appointment for you to come back in to review and sign the Will document we have prepared for you based on the information you previously provided.
It is a very simple process, not nearly as complicated as most people expect it to be, but it does take time to properly prepare the document for you so it is not a same-day service. We usually have you back in to sign within a week or two of the first appointment, depending on the circumstances.
You will find our fees posted under Estate Planning. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
