Travel Consent Letters

Only the parent or parents who are not travelling need to sign the Consent Letter.  The parent(s) must have a valid photo ID with them when they come in to sign.

We offer the following options:

1.) If you complete and submit our online version below, the fee is $85.00 to edit the consent letter and take your signature.

2.) If you bring in a completed letter, our standard notarization fee of $75.00 will apply.

Notarizations

We accept walk-in notarizations on Tuesday afternoons between 1 and 3 pm. This is for simple notarizations such as Statutory Declarations, Affidavits and certified copies.  For all other notarization requests, please call or e-mail for pricing and an appointment.
